June 2022 Spice Club

Each month of Spice Club features two spices/mixtures with different flavor profiles or from different regions and cuisines. Along with a sample of each featured spice, we'll include simple recipes that showcase the spices and provide TCPL resources to find more recipes and ideas. June’s featured spices are citric acid and Tajin. Registration is required for this kit and begins Monday, June 20 at 10 a.m. Kits will be available for pickup Tuesday, June 21 – Sunday, June 26.
